i went in and asked for " my medium length hair ..to be trimmed..with layers that fall gracefully..with the option to style hair .flipped outwards..with side swept bangs.( he said " ok" and seemed like he understood..and he began chopping...cut a blunt, uneven layers ..short bangs, too much was cut.and the cut was obviously not what i asked for or had in mind..I had to to say "wait ...and patiently..tried to explain ....what i meant.....and how i wanted it..he said "he couldn't understand what i meant," and asked "if i wanted him to cut it shorter on top"..and he called the owner..to see if she could understand what i was trying to explain..and she quickly. snipped. a few times....and i was glad the split ends were gone..But am not happy.that i paid to get a haircut..that isnt cut properly..And I noticed similar haircuts. on many others..That's totally wrong..when stylists decide for you..ignoring what you asked for...so..i must grow out this limiting..box shaped, uneven, unflattering cut..
