I first met the owner 2+ years ago when I brought in my stuck Kenmore sewing machine. I didn't, at the time, recognize what a gem this place is. Annie really knows her vacuums and sewing machines. She just has that gift to fix things and she is the type of person who likes to make things last a long time by keeping things in running order. She is knowledgeable and is able to give the best guidance. I highly recommend Annie and she is the only one in Hemet I would allow to touch my sewing machine to fix. She is great! So glad she is still open and still in Hemet.

Brought in a Kirby vacuum for service, was done at time promised. Vacuum works great. Very satisfied customer and definitely would recommend this shop to someone else.

Came in with vacuum cleaner problem a Eureka sanatare.The lady there had it fixed in a day and works better now then before.Loyal customer.
