Do NOT use this company! We used them for transportation for our summer camp and it took them 5 hours to get together an alternate option when their bus broke down on their way to pick up our students. During that time, we were given false information about the alternate plan and were stood up each time they said they would call. They offered us a discount on one of the busses that didn't show up, but they ended up charging us twice for the entire cost. We reached out many times before the second time they were due to drive our students, but due to lack of communication, we canceled our second outing with them and were accused of being "harsh" for doing so. This is the worst customer service experience we have ever had. Do not work with this company!
