They are honest.

They are so helpful and patient. I went in with my laptop because it had a broken screen. I needed a new one. They took it in and called me to tell me that they did a diagnosis and that I also needed a Hard Drive. It was their practice to make sure I didn't have the screen fixed only to have my computer die from another Problem. I also had a Hard drive that was failing. They felt I should really consider picking it up with no work done because the repairs would not be worth it. I could buy a used Laptop for that money. I asked if they had any, and they said not at this time, but they would put me on a list if one came in.I took it to someone else. I waited 2 weeks for them to get me a price for the screen. When I asked about my Hard Drive they said they didn't see any reason to do diagnostics and if I wanted it , I would have to pay $55 up front, but they would it toward the repairs. The Hard Drive was bad. By the time I was finished it cost me $55 with no repairs, because it cost too uch to fix it.It was a cheap laptop to begin with.When I told me girlfriend about it, she told me that Advanced Computer had been recommended by other Seniors and this was the place she had gone to, she even got a senior discount.
