For three years now after that major hail storm a few years back anybody from Carbon County will remember. My insurance would not even consider it so be careful with Allstate. Dave and the others from Hanson came out and help mitigate some of the damage until I could save the money to replace the roof which I did last month. The pricing was extremely reasonable but the work we're incredibly first class. Living in Carbon County I feel blessed and having them. The one thing Dave and the others from Hansen told me play my roof is now their problem if I had any which I'm sure I wont. It's nice to rest a night during a rainstorm and not worry about putting buckets out. I want to personally thank them for taking care of all my needs in a timely Manor. I live in the same county and reputation means everything and to me I have no problem with referring them to anybody with roofing issues.

I've called them twice about getting our roof re-shingled. Both times, the lady took our number down, and said she would have someone call us. They never called us.

These people NEVER return phone calls, do not meet the schedule they promise and can't even remember what color shingles you order. Final call was from owner Scott Hansen. Again asked what color shingles and promised to call when he got to the office and checked computer. A week later still no call. Called office again and requested to hear from him. About an hour later he was at my door. First thing he asked was what color shingles I wanted. Told him and asked after speaking with three different sales person who none of them return phone calls and this was not a way to run a business. This pissed him off and he said forget about the contract. We will not be doing the work and walked away. Tried to deal with these people for 3 months to no avail.
