I had them do a outdoor granite Kitchen countertop for me, even though they didn't have the exact one I was looking for they work with several supplier in SA so I had many options to choose from. The did a great job installing, on time and clean up well afterwards. Very nice folks to work with. Would recommend.

These people are idiots, do not do business with them. Oh gosh, where do I start??? Tops were supposed to take 7-10 business days, took 3 weeks. Granted, I was waiting for the sink to come in, but they did not even start cutting it until 2 days before the scheduled install. Rushed everything, and cut the edge wrong. Blamed it on my cabinet guy who placed the order. Had a small peninsula come in in 2 pieces, Tony claims that "it is easier to transport and will prevent cracking". IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM HOW YOU TRANSPORT, I do not want a seam in the middle of my island just because you make it with scrap leftovers and did not want to use a new slab. Margaret is just so unhelpful, I tried calling to follow up my appointments, see why it is taking so long, why do they cut it wrong and such, and her answer to everything was "I don't know, I am not in charge of production, I just work here" - Then what the hell is your job????? Eventually new counters came in and they looked absolutely awesome! My cabinet guy did a fantastic job! Highly recommend him - Sean Sweet Cabinets! But stay away from Venetian. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. You can get same price counters somewhere else!

Venetian marble is the worst business I've ever dealt with, with the exception of one. Their installers are lazy, in general lack knowledge of all the product they install. Management with no exception from the owner(s) on down are ignorant and outright rude. Several women in the office and specifically the owner Tony lied to me blatantly on several occasions and refused to resolve the issue at hand and eventually stop answering my calls all together. Avoid this business at all cost.

Worst company I have dealt with. They missed 4 appointments and never call you back. I am forced to try to work with them because my builder used them. 2 bad companies in bed with each other. Dallas at Venetian does not know what a phone is. Avoid at all cost.

This place is very unorganized. You call to set up an order they're more than happy to help you. Try calling about a problem you're having with them and you won't get ahold of anyone. First off one of the installers doesn't even want to install anything. That's what your job is! Said the doors were locked but the house didn't even have door knobs. And for the other houses paint won't stay on the walls. I asked why does this happen and a superintendent says it wasnt glued in with the right material. I think there's only been one installer that's actually been real help to my husband. I think his name started with a D. It says their office is closed at 5 but they're installer are still in the subdivisions until 10-11 pm. And most of them aren't even working. I would never recommend this place.

Very Sorry customer service and follow up service, kitchen counter top had long scratch, installers came and tried to fix, but they were not supposed to spend too much time on it, and didn't have material necessary for repairs, promised to come back after I set up a time with main their office, I've called office several times and all I get is they transfer me to different people and then a hang-up or they promise to call back and still nothing. It has been over a month, today is 10/10/2014

The owners of the building in which I work hired these people to install new countertops in all of the restrooms in our building. They rarely showed up but I could always tell when they did as we would spend an extraordinary amount of time cleaning up water. In some cases they pulled out old countertops only to find the new ones were cut short leaving us for days with no sinks in the effected restrooms, Two of our restrooms were out of commission for months as the tenants had no place to wash their hands. After all of this our company still almost always go with the lowest bidder which without fail results in more work for the staff. You get what you pay for, but I don't believe anyone could work cheap enough to account for work like we have received.

The faucets they installed were made by a reputable name brand company yet almost half of them leaked right out of the box, but I don't think these guys can be blamed for that.

We had a great experience working with the team at Venetian Marble & Granite to get our new countertops installed. Margaret took care of all the details, and our granite looks great. Phoenix worked with us so that we could help with the layout of how we wanted our slabs used. The installers did a great job. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.
