Awful! Ordered sushi and entrees with a family of 6, the sushi came out and we patiently waited for soup and salad. Waiter/bartender Adam came out with entrees and I said where is the soup and salad? Adam said I already brought it out. Where are the empty bowls? He had 2 entrees and normally the plates are sizzling if you don't sit at hibachi grill. I asked where are the others food? The chefs are preparing it! Really??!! those plates were cold too! Asked for manager Lee and he took over completing trying to get everyone's orders correct. He gave me 10% off the bill, 15 minutes later my son had me pull; over so he could vomit. I hope we wont be visiting the ER. I called Lee telling him what happened and his attitude was Oh Well you ate the food no refunds. No problem they will not see anymore of me or my money + all my friends and anyone I see will know how terrible the service, food and attitudes were.

My girlfriend and I have tried alot of different sushi restaurants around town and this place is our favorite. Their sushi taste fresh, the staff is great and a good atmosphere for family or couples. Highly recommend it!!

my experience with the Osaka was great. I like the way they present the food from the sushi bar and I really enjoy the teppan yaki table experience. when I walk in to the restaurant the hostess greet me with a big smile and they were so polite. hostess escort me to the teppan yaki table where chef comes out to the table and cook right at your table with the entertainment. I enjoy watching how teppan chef prepare our food. I was there with my family but, I think it's a good date course with my girl friend too. next time I will vixit them again with my girl friend. I really enjoy the sake and my parents enjoy the wine they had. It was great with my dinner. when we were finished with our meal server asked us if we want any ice cream for a dessert. we tried ice cream called tempura ice cream and mochi ice cream and they taste so good. It was my brothers birthday and they celebrite his birthday for us. all the staff came out and sing him a japanese song and american birthday song. we didnt understand what they were singing in japanese but, it sure sounded gooood. after we paid our bill on the way out friendly hostess ask me how was everything and open the door for us and said have good nite.
