Abc Movers moved us a few days ago. They were so helpful and understanding. I was not completely packed and they took the time to help me finish my packing. They set up our washer and dryer and our beds. These movers Joe and Michael were excellent. I will defintely call them when our new house is built. Thanks Abc Movers.

Excellent in every way; on-time, courteous, professional, and strong. Those guys have all the tools and supplies to handle the toughest moves. Large delicate pianos, heavy safe over 600 pounds, awkward excersize equipment, delicate artwork, specialty crystal items, big motorcycles, bad weather, all night endurance. I just can't say enough about this. Use them, they are so worth it; I was so impressed by their ability, professionalism and endurance that I put them in my speed dial as a sole source for moving and would only recommend ABC Movers and no-one else to my freinds, family, and colleages. They got a "Movers Grip" - ask about it!

Horrible experience! Everything was going so smoothly up until it was time for them to come move my things. I called them a week in advance and I was told one set price to move my things to storage and also to move my things two weeks later to a different apartment in the same vicinity. They gave me a time window from 4-6pm they would show up. I received the run around for 4 hours about being on their way. Then after I waited three hours they asked to reschedule but I couldn't because I had to be out that exact day. I don't know if they double book or are just plain unorganized, but they showed up at 10:30pm! Then had the nerve to let me know they work on tips!!! I called back later for them to mover things to my apartment since I already paid for it, or so I thought. They were trying to charge me more money to move out of storage! I could've went with a different moving company that charged less if that were the case! So do yourselves a favor and stay away!!!

We used ABC Movers twice; first, to move our household items from our house in Bulverde, TX to a storage unit, and second, to move items from our storage unit to an apartment in Houston, TX, both within a month's time frame.



The supervisor who assessed our cost was fair an honest. For our move to the storage unit the supervisor agreed on the quoted rate listed on a business card I picked up at our storage facility. The cost was meant for apartment vs. home moves even though the business card didn't state it so I was impressed when the supervisor agreed to give me the better rate.



The crew was very courteous and friendly. They were professional in handling every piece of our household items. They were willing to work with us and meet our requests. My husband and I have moved several times and this crew ranked as one of the better crews we've worked with.



The only glitch we had in our move was when we were to meet the crew at our storage unit to load up for the Houston delivery. The crew was almost 2 hours late due to another move they were working on; however, the supervisor and crew were in constant contact with me to advise regarding their status.



Overall, I was pleased and impressed with ABC Movers and would highly recommend them.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about this company. I had a very last minute move due to my former moving company cancelling on the day I was set to move out of my house. The movers who came out were very quick and efficient when it came to packing up my furniture and loading it. Not to mention they were very corteous group of men. I was also very happy that the rate I was given didnt change because of bogus fees, which was the case with my former moving company. As a military wife, I am used to moving often and this has definately been my best experience by far. I would definately recommend this comany to anyone who wants to deal with an honest and professional company
