I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the owner of this company today. After our interaction, I have determined that he is either dishonest or incompetent. This dude has a side gig at his business where he accepts UPS packages for customers to pickup (similar to the UPS store). I had a package from UPS that required signature upon delivery, so I opted to have it sent here instead of the UPS store due to better hours. WHAT A MISTAKE! I received confirmation that the package was delivered, so I asked my wife to pick it up for me since I was on international business travel. My wife arrived 15 minutes before closing time, which should have been more than enough for simple task like picking up a package. WRONG AGAIN! The guy was annoyed that anyone dare show up 15 minutes before closing and expect something to happen. Right away he claimed he didn't have my package and that we should come back tomorrow. After we gave him our name, address, and tracking number, he made the same claim. Because the package was urgent, my wife called UPS to figure out what was going on, as this guy is trying to shoo her out the door because it's five minutes before his closing time. She refused and after 15 more minutes of being on hold, UPS confirmed the package was indeed delivered at 11:44 that morning. Once UPS confirmed, all of the sudden the owner magically made the package appear and gave it to my wife. Again, not sure if this behavior was intentionally dishonest, but if it wasn't, it certainly shows his incompetence.
