I truly advise against anyone doing business at this location. I had a pretty awful experience. While I was between apartments, I kept my furniture and many personal belongings there over the winter months. When we signed for the paperwork, I was never told or made aware of any issues with the units. I was offered the insurance, but was told that it is hardly needed. When I opened my storage unit to move, ALL of my things were covered in mold. My entertainment center and couch especially. Only a few things were salvageable. When I brought it to managements attention, she was immediately on the defense, interrupting me, not being sympathetic, and very rude. Needless to say, I had to purchase all new furniture on top of the money I spent each month on the unit...
