Delivered topsoil and I told driver I wanted the soil in middle of yard. He back onto my driveway (where I didn't want it) and said is this good? I said I wanted it further up here then I said I guess that's ok. As he pulled away, I noticed the right side of my driveway had a huge crack. Called and asked if he would fix it and he said "I put it where you wanted it. I told him not to cancel my check (didn't put stop payment) he cashed it and didn't over any settlement. My driveway will have to be totally replaced on right side.
