Car never showed to pick us up at Midway Airport for a flight that arrived (on time) 1:50am. Driver did not call or text, simply did not show up. When called he told me he was there, but went home and could pick us up in 1-1 1/2 hours. I called the company and sent a letter regarding the no show with absolutely no response. I would not rely on this company if I were you!

We used Avanti to go to the airport and back. Drivers were on time and very professional. Limo was clean and tidy. Highly recommend!!

We tried booking with them because of the "fabulous" reviews, but it was like pulling teeth to get a receipt and a signed contract...which they never sent (only a partial receipt). The employee working for this place did not know how to spell and was extremely rude. I filled out their sheet writing in detail what color and type of limo we wanted. His response was that it was too confusing. It's THEIR form! I worked in customer service, and I would never talk to customers the way this guy talked to us. When we visited the establishment, he wore a grungy shirt with overalls and a bag of tobacco in his front pocket...no thanks. It also turns out their limos were repossessed after we decided to go with another company...We're glad we made the switch.

Used Avanti for our wedding day transportion and Honeymoon transportation for airport.The limo was extremely clean and comfortable. They decorated the limo with our wedding colors, red carpet service and a cold bottle of champane waiting for us to celebarate inside. Our driver Tony was fantastic. Patiently waited for us to get pictures taken and assured us that there is no rush.Honeymoon transportaion went great. We had a 3:30am pick up, he was early and called us in advace just to make sure we wereawake from our late night at our reception.arriving back home to O'hare we were dalyed several times due to weather. Tony assured us that he would be there to get us no matter how late it was.Extremely happy with our service we had from Avanti!!
