I have small difficult veins and you can't see them at all but the girls at the Hebron Quest NEVER have any problem and their personalities are wonderfully welcoming.

Went for a blood draw this morning. First tried on the left arm and she kept commenting on how small the vein was! So she tried the othe other arm arm and remarked that it was the same. She told me to keep my hand relaxed( I have always been told to clench my fist and then release when the blood is being drawn. No luck..so she takes out the needle and sticks me again with the same needle. Finally she was able to make the draw.
Very unhappy experience. It was like it was my fault because I had the wrong veins! I have never had that experience before. I will NEVER go to the Hebron Quest again.
