Their customer service often seems forced or is poor. Depending on who the cashier is, they are often rude to me. The dwarfish older woman seemed to be irritated and did not speak to me as I did an exchange to get my son a different pool. When the customer info screen came up she repeatedly poked one for everything. This one and a younger pregnant one often look droll or peeved when I come in. I despise this store. At least now, they have a decent manager, instead of Mr. Wilson. She's young, but she's always nice.
