They do not abide by State, Local, or even their own Park Rules.

We moved here about 7 months ago and love it. The community is clean, the homes are nice and not too close together. The playground and basketball courts are a huge plus for our kids! They take time to plan community events and have always gone above and beyond with any help we've needed.

We have lived in Ramp creek now for just over a year and they have gone above and beyond to meet our needs. A clean and quiet community to raise my kids is just what we needed ☺️

Ramp Creek Community is a wonderful place to raise a family. We have lived here for over two years and we love it. A friendly office staff, new updates throughout the community (new roads, playground improvements, new homes being brought in) there is a reason this Community has remained the best in Licking County for the past 20 years! Check it out!

Skip this one. If you do a rent to own they want to charge you two months rent and two months lot rent if you need to move.



Lots of drug activity in the park as well. They also do not maintain the park or roads. Snow removal in the winter is almost non-existent or they plow and bury your car.

I would recommend you find another place to live. This trailer park is very legalistic and wants too much money for what they offer. We have been here almost two years and they have increased rent when we renewed last year. We were told when we moved in they would soon be updating and adding new equipment to their play area, that hasn't happened yet. Not to mention how rude and unorganized the office staff is (once you move in), plus they're hypocrites, (do as I say, not as I do kinda stuff). I am definitely planning on moving out of here within the next year
