Absolutely horrible don't have their shit together haven't been to bk in a while they laughed when I asked for mellow yellow cuz apparently they don't carry it anymore the fish was horrible smaller than normal and was essentially a Lettuce any mayo sandwich

This BK is the worst one I've ever been to. They can never get the order right. I ordered a simple medium number 7 (whopper jr as of writing this) combo with onion rings and a Dr. Pepper. Easy right? Apparently not. On the way home I decide that I want to eat some of the onion rings, so I reach in the bag to find fries. I'm not picky and decide that it's whatever I'll let it slide and eat them anyway. They weren't particularly good btw, not fresh and were soggy. The kicker is that when I opened up my Whopper Jr I find a basic cheeseburger. A sad sandwich composed of 2 flimsy buns, a super thin piece of beef, a slice of cheese, and some ketchup. Note that this wasn't a one time slip up. I've been to this BK a few different times and they've yet to perfect an order. Idk if the staff is lazy, incompetent, or just don't care. I was going to leave a review on their little site on the back of their receipt, but would you believe me if I told you I didn't even get a receipt? It's sad really. I'd avoid this location.

Easy to use. They should check it out and of course, sign up.

Pulled up to the speaker and nobody said anything for 5 minutes so i asked if anyone was there, they rudely reply "wait a minute". So as I'm waiting 3 more cars pull in behind and after another 5 minutes they finally get on the speaker to take my order. Then she wants interrupt u every other word when I'm only trying to order 2 cheeseburgers with no pickle.. after she got rude the 3rd time we decided to go across town to the BK on 21st st and i was in and out of the drive thru in just a few minutes and they were very polite and the food was well prepared. Needless to say I'll make the trip across town before i EVER go back to the store in heath

will never go back to this burger king ever again they are slow and rude they will stand there and talk to each other while u are waiting in line the food is nasty and the place is dirty they need to send a health inspecter in to shut it down or hire new employee to do the job right I had to rate it a star in order for my comment to go through but it rates a 0
