The worst car rental experience in my entire life. I have been dealing with another car rental company for a number of years and decided to use budget because it was closer and I like keeping my business local. First my car wasn't there when I arrived, so I was dropped off to wait on it. When the car finally arrived, they couldn't accept my paypal debit card (even though other car rentals always have). I asked them if they took cash, and of course they didn't. The manager there had me walk 3 miles to my bank to deposit cash just in time to get stuck in a thunderstorm walking back so I am soaked from head to toe by the time I got back to complete my transaction. We processed the rental, and with the dripping water and soaked glasses I didn't notice that they overcharged me for the rental car. After that I brought the car back and their solution was voiding my transaction and leaving me stranded. Luckily another car rental company "picks you up" and they had me in a good car at the price they quoted in under an hour. Never going back to this budget location again. . .I would rather walk (which I probably would have to do if I went there anyways).
