We made several trips to Grand Central until we decided what we wanted & not once did they make us feel that we were a bother. Justin W. went out of his way to help us get what color & fabric we wanted at a good price. He also is very educated on all the major appliances we purchased for our new house. It's a pleasure to deal with someone who knows what he is selling.

We recently needed to replace a failing refrigerator, after doing some on line research we checked at Grand Central. We were very pleasantly surprised to find they beat the big box store prices and were able to deliver in days rather than weeks!

The delivery was on time with a call about 30 minutes out. The delivery crew was very professional and delivery and installation was painless. All packing refuse was taken along with the old refrigerator.

All in all a VERY positive buying experience and we would highly recommend Grand Central.

I recently purchased a new home. I went to Grand Central knowing they have everything i need to furnish my new home, not to mention I need ed appliances and a washer and dryer. I called in to the store and talked to a very nice salesperson and told him i was interested in purchasing a few things for my new home. He was informative of the product they had there and it felt like he really wanted to help me with this very stressful time of buying my 1st new home and getting settled in. Well needless to say it was worth going there. I walked in with a budget and they did everything they could to help me. From start to finish Grand Central was amazing!!!!

I have already sent two of my family members there to get the same service i have. This will be the only place i shop in the future> Thank you very much grand central it was a great experience!!!!!!

I am writing this review for a few reasons, first most people won't take there time to rate a local family owned company for the great job they do only for a situation gone bad. I am local born and raised hazleton guy that my family has been purchasing from Grand central for years. We have always been taken care of when we shopped there. Always had received fair prices and the guys there seem to always know what they are talking about. Also they helped us out big time thanksgiving two years ago when our stove died and we had family coming, they got us a stove we loved the night before thanksgiving on a days notice! I would suggest them to anyone in the area.

I found the employees to be rude and placating in resolving (or not) my issue. The salesperson did not give me proper measurements for a refrigerator resulting in me having to pay another delivery charge for a smaller unit. He also did not offer me a price difference for the smaller appliance. I had to inquire to which he responded "we'll work on a refund". I did not want to accept delivery on a unit not knowing the price and it was en route. He interrupted me 3 times during our conversation and when I asked him not to do that, he hung up on me! I would NEVER purchase here again nor recommend to friends/family.

Recently the transmission in our washer went and we found ourselves needing to replace it. Since our dryer is about 20 years old we decided to replace it also. We needed it replaced as soon as possible. My parents are older and my mother can't be running to a laundermat. While other stores were quoting us a week, Grand Central said the would come the next day. They also hired a contractor to come since we needed extra work to replace the venting system for the dryer. The contractor came at the same time and they had everything installed and working within 3 hours. When they took the dryer Recently the transmission in our washer went and we found ourselves needing to replace it. Since our dryer is about 20 years old we decided to replace it also. Damage was done to the floors in our home and our sons home. They are trying to tell me that my wife is the one that scratched our kitchen floor.
