Great PPL, friendly & less expensive oil than others.

Left high and dry after years of loyal patronage!! It's mid-December and I was running low on oil. So,I ordered oil like I always have and received a call that they would not be able to make it and would try again the following day but would call. Next day, no call, no oil again. The following Tuesday I called to ask why there was no oil and got an incompetent woman saying she just didn't know why. I explained that on my original call I was low and that now I was almost out. She said e wouldn't be able to come until Friday. So I call Thursday to confirm Friday's delivery and explain the dire need for oil at this point. I called Friday morning to again confirm the delivery. No ETA was given but O was assured that the oil would coming. Friday night around 5:30, no oil and it's almost completely dark so I call to ask if the oil is coming. The RUDE woman tells me the delivery trucks are still out. Ok.. Well not 5 minutes later I receive a call from the same rude woman who states the delivery man is not coming.. I have no oil and it's December!! They lost a good, reliable customer today!
