If your goal is to have the work done at a high price and then pay someone else in two years to do the same thing again. They are perfect for the job. Otherwise save yourself some the time, flooded basement clean-up and money by hiring a good contractor from the start. They use sub-standard products and do not stand behind thier workers at all.
