The only car wash that I patronize !



For approximately 25 years now I have been bring my dirty vehicles here. I have fond memories of sitting in the backseat of my grandmas car riding through this car wash.



Sure, I have tried other car washes over the years. None as good as this establishment. This car wash has me driving 20 minutes out of my way for a car wash!



"Why", you ask? Because, it's the friendly disposition of all the employees. The attention to detail that is given. The feeling of satisfaction when I jump in my car after they clean it. Free coffee in a air-conditioned waiting room. And, the message chair I utilize while I wait!



What I get from a $20. car wash: Outside of my car washed & debugged. Doubled waxed. Rims cleaned, tires shined. Inside of my car is completely vacuumed. The seats are moved to ensure a thorough cleaning. The floor mats are removed & cleaned. All windows are washed. The dashboard, rear-dash, & all doors are wiped down. Instrument panel cleaned!

They ruined the finish on my car and you wouldn't believe how quickly they denied responsibility! It's amazing, instantly they could just guarantee it wasn't the fault of theirs. The manager and employee were quite rude and REFUSED to give me the contact info for a higher-up.

I used to go here last year, and previous years and always had great service. I decided to take my new car this year (2009) and it was the worst wash and service ever! Everyone is much better off going to the car wash attached to the gas station for $3. I got the $15 inside and out wash, and inside and out were the worst wash ever. In today's economy nobody is going to go to this place again to give them a second chance. I complained to the manager, and he didn't apologize at all, just said well come back, and I didn't have the time to sit there again. Also somone got in my car with dirty feet! WORST SERVICE EVER! I'm so disappointed that I decided to go ahead and spend the $15 instead of doing it myself, and could have gotten better service for $3 at the local car wash.
