Provided by YP.comBought an expensive vape with a warranty. Did not work, so I took it back, they sent me to another location. Went there, they said the person who could not help was not in and to come back another day. Called and was told when the person who could do the return would be in, drove back to the out-of-the-way location when they told me to and the person still was not in and no assistance was offered other than for me to wait over 1 hour. I thought that was ridiculous, and the girl behind the counter started dropping F-bombs at me, yelling at me, the customer.
I am truly sorry this customer had a bad experience, but we do not do business this way. We do notswear at customers. We have loyal customers (some for over 35 years) who have voted us best in detroit year after yaer.(metro times/real detroit). Our main business isn't pipes, it is serving our customer's needs.
