Steer clear of this company unless you have the time to make excessive phone calls. Not only to them to make sure they are making a pick up for you but also the pick up location to verify they did it. Because there is no talking to them when they make a mistake that cost you or your customers money. The response from the owner is "Thats your f***ing problem". Them responding to emails and phone conversations is not proof to them when they drop the ball. Think they are looking for video footage of you handing them information and audio recording of them saying everything is good. Do yourself a favor use someone else in the area that stands behind there work and at very least owns up to there mistake.
