Very unprofessional outfit. I have a catering company and contracted with them to do my laundry. It told them exactly what the volume was going to be. They messed up each of the first orders, sent things back in broken plastic bags, inaccurate count of the linens, poor ironing. Then they suddenly said they had to stop service with no warning. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and discuss things - just sent me a fax.
