Went here for the first time with a friend who spoke highly of this place. At first walking in, I felt that the atmosphere was "so-so". We were not greeted and we basically just sat ourselves to a table. As with every Pho house, the restaurant is COLD!!!! I don't think they like to turn their heat on. Aside from the cold atmosphere, The pho i received was served warm and not HOT as Pho should be served, after having the pho replaced, half into my serving I noticed an eye lash length hair in my bowl! I was already upset that the soup came cold that mentioning it to the employee's was out of the question. I feel that the restaurant needs a DEEP THOROUGH cleaning from the ground up! And the guy at the register was soo talkative prying into my personal business; asking what kind of credit card I had and how did I acquire it. Not even asking how service was. I would not recommend this place at all, to anyone! Total fail!
