This place is a little bit out of the way so make sure you get exact directions before you leave. It's totally worth it. You will crave it and come back for more. The staff here is friendly. It's definitely a low key place. This is a lunch place or dinner with close friends but I repeat this place is NOT fancy. It's clean but don't take a date here. That's probably what's keeping the prices down so don't complain that it's not redecorated unless you want to ruin the place. Las Canastas is clean and VERY inexpensive. They have a variety of choices not just tacos and burritos. They have a lot of seafood dishes on their extensive menu. This is REAL Mexican food. I would know!
