My daughter and I were more than satisfied with the customer service and her senior prom dress! We were greeted and welcomed...The staff went over backward to help my daughter find her dress. It was upstairs, a beautiful color she picked was called watermelon, but looked peachy in color, exactly what she wanted!! I came knowing that if we found 'the dress' that a deposit would be required. That is how dress shops operate after all.



She was soooo beautiful and just loved her gown and she will always have the memories along with her dress. Thanks to everyone at Kays!!
