I read the reviews on Honda of Hayward that were so positive I drove all the from Lodi just to see if the proof was in the pudding because I was looking a particular Honda model/ color at a certain budget. Mr. Alvin Lee (internet manager) was the first person I contacted via phone and that same day I received an emailed from him that he could meet my vehicle request while targeting my budget. I then met with Annamarie Nweke (internet manager) who followed thru with Mr. Alvin's written email to me. What a relief this was for me as I initially thought they were going to pull the switch and bait game from bad experiences with past dealerships. The financial manager name Johnny Phan explained all the terms of the contract to which I was greatly satisfied. In addition, before driving off in my dream car ,I given some tech support by Julian Polanco on how to work the cars hi-tech computer system. What a great team that treats you with great service.
