The staff at Bo's Imports is very courteous, respectful and professional. It was easy to get an appointment and the work was done quickly and correctly. The labor rate is reasonable, compared to other AAA-rated shops. I will recommend Bo's to others who need repairs or service on their cars.

So far Bo's imports is the best auto shop with a fair and reasonable price. Cannot beat the excellent service they have provided us. My husband and I are very satisfied customers. We will definitely take all our cars to Bo's imports for service.

The cost of service was very reasonable for the amount of work that my VW Golf needed, about what I expected. Bo's Imports also exceeded my expectations on the communication of services provided, follow up, and final completion.



Bo was professional and extremely knowledgeable about diagnosing the problem(s), making recommendations (without a pushy sales mechanic attitude that I've felt with other establishments). He genuinely cares about the car's health from the start.
