As a Pastor and former certified drug and alcohol education counselor in the military attempting to assist young adult 1st time dui offender, I must strongly caution against using this organization. You will most likely be better served going out of your way to another program. It is difficult to imagine a company staffed by more unprofessional and poorly trained individuals. Even after reading a review describing their rudeness and unprofessionalism, I thought maybe it was an aberration and I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, after calling Bi-Bett for information I found that the reviewer did not do justice to the level or rudeness and unprofessionalism exhibited by this company. I'm guessing that their curriculum meets the minimum state requirements, however you would most likely be better served taking your business elsewhere even if it means commuting farther or paying more. I do not believe you should give people like this your business. Please give your business to a company that deserves it.
