Horrible! My customer went here to buy their tile for a bathroom remodel. They bought a special glitter additive that goes in to the grout. After the grout had been installed and dried my customer noticed it was not the same color she had picked from samples in the showroom. This was because the salesman mistakenly ordered the wrong color glitter additive. After realizing this was not the color that was intended I began to remove the now dried grout in the shower. Due to it being an epoxy, it took 4 days of removal with a heat gun. Bedrosians tried to say that the sample board was mislabeled but this could apparently not be proven to be true or if it was the sales girl’s error. Bedrosians eventually took responsibility and agreed to reimburse my customer for the removal time. They have continued to put blame on my customer, myself, and the manufacturer of the tile for the mistake and have tried to negotiate a much lower price for reimbursement. As to date it has been about 6 weeks and still my customers are yet to have this resolved. Do yourself a favor and NEVER SHOP HERE!
