I came home on Thanksgiving Day to find the heat totally off and the furnace not running. It was COLD...called RDI from a recommendation from my friend, Janet Jordan, and made an appointment with Brent to come out between 10 and 11am...He was here on time and had the furnace fixed within minutes...YAY HEAT! Thank you RDI!

Absolutely incredible. RDI was so helpful and clean in the work they did for us.
