lived here for few years now and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for good and quite place live. The managers are great they help with maintains promptly.

Since 2017, everything is getting new ! ! !
This Regal Manor Apartment is a clean, quiet residential area managed by new management.

Everything is satisfactory.
The manager was very friendly when I went to fill out the application.
This place is quiet and clean.

It is quiet and well run apartment.

Some of these reviews are old and referencing from the previous manager in 2016.

The new manager right now is making a clean room for the new tenants this year of summer 2017. So far, there are bed bug problems, property that needs replacement, etc... and it is hard for her to manage due to bed bug companies that deal with that stuff are delaying and difficult when it comes to servicing the apartment.

Her hard work should be respected and some the tenants can not see through the eyes of this woman.

Some people think SHE is bad at services when the services that she calls for are responsible.
Patience and respect for this apartment and her service as a manager should be rewarded by your kindness only and nothing more but your satisfaction and gratefulness for this property could ask for.

Some say this is "ghetto", but it's not her responsibility to make these tenants' personality change for who they are and the environment they grow up and shape it.

However, she set up security cameras everywhere if anyone is having problems with theft, vandalism, etc.

She has somewhat a good assertive humor when an old man vandalized one of her notice papers and I think she sent it back to the old man's doorstep. This is very funny for me.

Tenants I seen seemed to be understanding and quiet, but some are immature and loud even for old aged people, etc.

If someone complains, she will give notice to whoever and/or call companies to fix it for you as soon as possible.

Too many roaches in my apartment other than that it is cool to live there pretty nice community I feel safe

The Philippino property manager either did not fully understand English, or she was just plain rude. She kept telling me to apply, and saying there is no vacant apartment at the same time. When I asked why should I apply when there is no vacancy, she said because they keep getting vacancies. I asked why should I waste $40 on a possibility, why not check later when there is vacancy, she said because I might fail a credit check as they need 650. I told 650 is for bankrupts and I have 825 which is beyond exception. She said I might not be having enough to pay. I told her I make $120k and the rent is $800. She still kept telling me my application might be rejected, so I should apply. I told her to keep my number and call when there is a vacancy but she refused saying she does not have time. I asked for her email so I may email her and she said she did not have any email. I think she is not interested in renting because I could see from afar that many were actually vacant.

Check this out... This apartment apparently have a security problem. They said they wanted to secure the apartment from trespassing by vagrants that have been breaking in, roaming around and sleeping within the area. Their solution is to lock down the laundry room to keep the vagrants off. Not until that one of the maintenance people told me that they closed it so that they won't have to clean up the urine and feces left by the vagrants. So now the mess is all over the parking area! Bunch of Geniuses! Good Job!

Keep in mind that there is no rent control law in Hawthorne where this apartment is located. You start to move in initially with low rent, obviously a come on from the owners. You already spent a fortune for your move and a couple of months after settling in, they will notify you with ridiculous rent increases, and they will tell you to just find another apartment if you don't agree with it. Be forewarned.
