This store had been such a great experience for me until yesterday, while shopping, the lady at the fitting rooms walked over to the toy department and was "Fixing" toys and dropped a pool table box on my foot. >.< She did apologize but there was nothing done about it expect of course, the apology. Even the manager on duty was ridiculous enough to ask if I what I was asking about was merchandise, they could not give me to compensate for what happened to me. Really!

Other than this issue, the store has wonderful prices and is clean most of the time.
