reserved machine for 3 weeks. Everytime I go to pick up machine, it is rented out to someone else. I even call the night before to confirm reservation. I am always told the same thing.. it will be ready for you in the morning. Morning comes... machine is not available. Instead of an apology, they become compative. Their defense is it's only been 2 weeks not 3. Regardless.. they know how to take the reservation but not keep it. I am a regular customer there and this is how they treat me. I hate to see how they treat people off the street. My suggestion is go to honesdale if you need to rent something.

The only local rental company that treats everyone with the utmost courteous service without giving the customer negative responses to questions asked about operation, availability, project to be used for, or pricing. I was forced to use one of the competitors ONE time & was truly dissatisfied. From then on, if an item was not available because it was out, I just waited until it was available. I was notified as soon as it was. Seldom did this ever occur. I recommend Dave & his staff to anyone looking to rent anything they need from C&C Equipment Rental Co. Thanks guys
