Vic P. - The " Level " of service was superior from level Home Services. Steve T - was on time for my Spring A/C Check Up. He was knowledgeable about past service calls to my home. He took great care to protect my flooring from stains. The service went well a few minor adjustments to the A/C system and it is ready from the heat of summer. I highly recommend Level Home Service

Have worked with Level in the past, and they were superb! This time, not so much. They were over an hour later than the scheduled 4-hour window, and no one called at all. The tech was very good, and he apologized for the lack of professionalism of the company in this matter. However, we felt we were being subtly pressured into buying a new system rather than having the old one repaired. The repair quote was very high. Will probably look for a new HVAC company in the Spring.
