Father Martin's Ashley s main mission is to provide treatment for alcoholism and chemical addition. The center believes in the holistic treatment (body, mind and spirit) of the disease of alcoholism and other drug addiction for both patients and their families. It provides facilities and a safe haven where patients receive education and counseling, equipping them with the tools needed to maintain recovery. Ashley believes that Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous and other Twelve Step programs are the backbone of the treatment programs at the center. Ashley became a treatment center for alcoholism and chemical dependency in 1983. The center is committed to adhering to the ethical principles and regulations established by National and State accrediting agencies. The facility is fully licensed and accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. Ashley is located in Havre De Grace, Md.
