Over the past 4 years, I have had Bill Gavin work on my plumbing, electricity, A/C and heating, as well as my general remodeling work. He has remodeled or helped to remodel my bathrooms and my kitchen. Bill's workmanship is excellent as has been the work of any assistants he's used over the past few years. His estimates have always been accurate and his fees are fair and clearly posted on his website so there are never any surprises. You get the quality you pay for and he stands behind his work. After having several bad experiences with plumbers and electricians it was so refreshing to find BIll. He is responsive even when I've had to call him at inconvenient times.

My wife and I moved into an old house, in desperate need of updating, about 2 years ago and we've called on Bill for every project. Most recently, Bill installed a high-efficiency boiler for our radiator system. As I type this, I'm warm and toasty and not sweating the gas bill. Bill completes every job on-time, within estimate, and with the highest degree of craftsmanship. In addition to the new boiler, Bill has replaced our kitchen faucet, re-wired our attic, replaced the guts of two toilets, installed a water pressure regulator, installed a dryer vent in the basement, installed a bathroom fan, removed an old air-conditioner and replaced the original window, fixed the drain of the bathtub, cleaned the gutters . . .

I think that's it for now! But the next project "we" decide to tackle a project, we'll call Bill to get the job done.

Bill is trustworthy, his prices are always fair, and he takes great pride in his work. Over the years, Bill has not only become our favorite plumber, electrician, and handyman, but also a good friend. How many people can say that about their contractor!?

Bill Gavin knows his trade and delivers service quality you would expect from a contractor who takes pride in what he does and respects his clients. Bill have done some plumbing work in my house and then his crew patched and painted the ceilings where I had major water damages due to leaking pipe. I liked the work so much that I have extended the contract to paint additional rooms in my house. Good quality work (thorough and clean) and very courteous.

I would give my strongest recommendation to Bill Gavin and his work. I used Bill's crew to have an apartment painted, deck stained, multiple drywall patches installed and some floor joist re-enforcement. I can't think of a scenario where the work could have been done better and it was completed in the time frame discussed when I hired Bill for the project. Pricing was extremely competitive and the final cost was the lowest of the 3 estimates I received. What else can I say?....lowest price and best work.
