Roma travel - use at your own risk!!! We went to Laura at Roma travel to help us plan our 25th wedding anniversary to Europe. What a BIG mistake that was!! She did not provide basic services that are expected. Basic travel documents were not reviewed ahead of time , she was dismissive, patronizing, non responsive and ultimately rude. I would not recommend this travel agency to anybody. Stay away!! After having our flight cancelled for unknown reason, we contacted Laura and received no response or apology for all of her errors

My wife and I have enjoyed two amazing vacations from Roma Travel and are looking forward to our first Caribbean cruise in January. If you want personal attention and unique travel opportunities and options, I give Roma Travel my highest recommendations.

The review below is a fraud. I have never been there and neither has heatsux, but I am sure they are fine.
