Very fast, very polite, prices are fair, excellent service, all way round, they dont have u waiting all day for a delivery, and low low price

I have a fairly new oil heater, and things seem to go wrong evry few months. It doesn't seem like the technicians do a thorough job in inspecting the heating system during each cleaning. I've had to call the emergency line twice for different problems. The first time they said that they would send somebody out in the morning......not a good service when I have a 2 month old freezing in the dead of winter. The second time they didn't have a common part, and they didn't come out until the next afternoon. That's fun when you're trying to juggle a work schedule. I won't even go into detail about their oil truck flipping over in front of our house. I don't think they are the brightest people. I am in the process now of looking for another oil company. I can see why they get a D- rating from BBB.
