I hired Poolfection to install an inground pool Spring of 2017. The pool was installed, but not all work was finished. Their contract clearly states, “excavation with soil removal up to 3 feet around entire pool”, a “8’ (foot) diving board w/U-stands” installed, and a maintenance package left. The soil was NOT removed, the diving board NOT installed, and NO maintenance package left. Per the receipt records several thousand dollars were paid out to Poolfection all in good faith for a completed job. I contacted Poolfection numerous times requesting they return to finish the work as promised communicating to them the remaining $1000.00 would be paid upon completion. Promises were made to return, but as of today no additional work has been done. I have contacted other business for quotes- so far, I am getting estimates up to $4,000.00 to complete the project!

Pool-Fection on Route 111 in Hauppauge built my beautiful backyard..starting with the permits, to the pool, a spill over spa and the patio. The store employees walked me through many questions I had being a new pool owner. I tell all my friends to drive the extra distance to test their water and to buy their chemicals and pool items from them. They have a small store in the back of a building, very easy to miss the first time but they seem to always have what I've needed.
