To everyone complaining I would suggest you all grow up. Tire wear, missing keys, scratches, AND disposition fee are all clearly outlined in your contract. Being under mileage also is irrelevant, sorry but you should have probably driven more or gotten less miles with a lower payment. I have leased 2 cars with Fusion so far and was shocked to see all the negative reviews. All I did was lease for 39 months and return the car to their return center. Whole process is really quick and then I get a bill. It's not unexpected or a scam if you are too illiterate to read a contract.

Turned in my Honda to dealer, and received a bill from Fusion for damages that I wanted to dispute. When I called them and wanted to have an appraiser inspect the vehicle, they told me it was already sent to auction -- less than the required 10 days of receiving their bill. That is a SCAM! Do not use Fusion, they are scam-artists.

AWFUL! Research research research consumer and do NOT lease through FUSION AUTO FINANCE! You won't know because your car dealership will be sweet talking you into added insurance for your teen driver ( " they do tend to have more accidents") to ensure any wear and tear is ALL COVERED AT LEASE END etc etc as this add that , and then not only are you paying way above the original lease price ( sucka!) FUSION AUTO FINANCE WILL SEND YOU A BILL FOR WEAR AND TEAR THAT ISNT THERE ( according to their inspectors at the drop off 509 miles from where you bought the car) !
If you have hit hard times as I have ( loss of job) and struggle just to make shelter/ food payments until foreclosure) FUSION AUTO COLLECTION AGENCY WILL PHONE YOU AT LEAST WEEKLY TO SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN FOR THEIR CORRUPT / SCAM CONSUMER GOUGING SCHEME!
For me it's been over a year !
ASK YOUR DEALERSHIP
BEFORE BEFORE BEFORE you sign on the dotted line who the finance company is and review them when leasing.

My jeep dealer offered an early lease release in exchange for a new car lease. My current leased jeep is owned by Fusion, and they would not give my dealer any break on buying the car from them, so I could not get a new car because the dealer would make not a profit on the deal. Fusion wanted all the remaining lease payments in full to get released early. I have experienced early release deals in the past with Chevy with no issues.

Not only do they try and rip you off by making a bogus deal with you when you ask for a manager they give you a flunky who in the middle of making your case "the manager" can't back up her nonsense so she hangs up. These are criminals looking to make a buck but I will cost them more in legal fees Incompetence at its finest. They need to hire people with a Brian unless they are just getting ready for the new government minimum wage work people

For rating they should have negative stars

Turned in my lease to Honda. Perfect car. Even had it washed and vacuumed as I always do before handing over the keys. Three weeks later I get a bill for missing antenna and spare key. $232. I had Honda call them and offer video plus I happened to have a receipt for the keys & manual. They don't care. Now they are sending it to collections and no one seems to care. Honda said they have nothing to do with them and Beth Page FCU who was the overwriter told me they always have issues with them and I have to deal directly. Its ridiculous. I will NOT give them a dime!

I too had a problem with Fusion Leasing. They sent me a bill for over $1600 in damages that were not there. When I asked to see the car, they told me they already sold it. The leased car was returned with 10K less then normal. I can see why they sold the car so fast.

Warning for all who are contemplating leasing a car from them... DON'T

Never lease through this company. They are horrible at customer service, and charge ridiculous items after you return the car to them. They sent me a bill for missing key and disposition fee when I paid the disposition and returned the Key. They also charge for dents and scratches which are normal wear and tear on a car barely driven. DO NOT lease through them.
