The overall room itself is horrible! The paint is all off of the walls, cracks and stains in the tub. When you pull back the sheets in the bed there are burn marks like somebody stuck cigarettes through the sheets, and then there was a baby roach on the dresser! When I went to tell the manager about it, she ended up saying we could not switch rooms because it was "trashed" because I pulled all of the covers off the bed to check and see if it was any more bugs and used napkins to the counters that should have been already clean! She was not trying to tend to any type of customer service what's so ever when all we wanted was to switch rooms not even a refund! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! It's the worst
