Provided by SuperpagesI've been working out with Jody for five years. When I started, I was so overweight and out of shape that I had trouble putting on my socks. Now, I exercise almost every day and feel strong and healthy. ( I should mention that I'm now a size 6, which was my size 23 years ago.) Jody kept me motivated so I would keep exercising, even through low times. I could never have succeeded in losing weight and becoming fit, if it hadn't been for Body Basics Personal Training. I highly recommend Body Basics!
