Paramount came through for me in a timely matter with my oil change and brand new tires. I did have an issue and they went above and beyond to correct it and make it right.

Really knowledgable, kind, and fast. They are always kind about calls to drop in and take time to check out a vehicle. They are really responsive about calls, consistently finish before estimated time, and do great quality work. I’ve had a great experience with 3 different reps, so it seems like they really hire the best and encourage a culture of customer service and pride in their workmanship. I’m super impressed with the whole team!!

After a couple of frustrating attempts to get an oil change (at other businesses), I made an appointment at Paramount in Hastings. They got my vehicle in right away, and did a comprehensive evaluation of other work my vehicle might need - but nothing was urgent and they were not pushy about it at all, which I really liked. Their Oil Change Club Car made this very affordable (for a full synthetic oil change, which are expensive). The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I will definitely be going back there for my next oil change!

We are from out of town and our car was overheating. We brought it in and were helped right away. The staff has been really helpful and nice. Lastly it was nice to see that local shops work together, we were sent here from Downtown Tire & Auto when they knew they wouldn't have the time

Great friendly service I had to drive to South Dakota and needed new tires they got my truck done quickly and the tires are great my truck rides like new again

The staff is trustworthy and friendly. They make recommendations & explain the reason behind them, but they don't pressure you for a sale. The actual work performed has always been done right the first time which I appreciate.

These people are trying to rip you off! They actually wrecked a part to get to work on my car.
