Great course for the price

I have played quite a few courses in the area and Emerald Greens by fare has the best greens, fairways and tee boxes in the area. The price was very reasonable for a weekend round. Having two 18's makes it great to choose from as fare as length and level of golfer. I will play it again.

Great Course

I have lived near this course for many years. I hesitate golfing it because I was concerned that it might lack character because of its location. What a surprise. Great course and great price.

Great Course and Awesome Condition!!

Grew up in cottage grove minnesota but never had the priviledge to play this newer course until last week. Even with one of the driest Mays on record, this course was still lush and green with well groomed fairways, bunkers, roughs, and greens (though they had just been areated so putting was a bit of a challenge). Great deal when you play twilight (34 bucks a person to ride unlimited golf starting at 4pm) and you get access to all 36 holes that pose different challenges. the par 3's are really fun and it holds alot of par 5's which, being a long ball hitter, is fun for me. I have played many courses in Minnesota and I must say that this is in the top 5. Very much I recommend this course to anyone looking for a good challenge or someone trying to improve their game. 16 of the 36 holes have water hazards so target shooting is a must! First time played, i shot 84 and i carry an 8 handicap. A MUST TRY COURSE IN HASTINGS!!! Highly recommended! Have Fun!!!
