We had a conservatory built by DuBois and it has never been complete - within months we had leaking and panels sliding. Several times a year there was trouble - for awhile they would come and temporarily fix things but never fix the problem. We paid another company to fix a problem with DuBois' construction that should never have been an issue and which caused major leaking and water damage every spring and often during major storms. After a time they stopped answering and returning calls until last year when we wrote reviews and wrote to the BBB, then they called us and offered some possible fixes (not guaranteed or sure it would help) for a significant cost. When we counter offered they never returned calls again.
