This place only cares about your money.



This location used to have a wonderful and friendly manager. Lately, he is not there as often, and without him the staff is rude and does not honor customer orders.



Whenever I visit, I order several footlong sub for my big family. On ONE of these subs, I request different veggie toppings on different halves (keeping meat and bread the same). On my last two visits, the staff has refused to honor my request (one employee was very rude about it and gave me attitude) and informed me that they'll charge me for two six-inch sandwiches instead, even though I'm really saving THEM money by requesting fewer toppings.



The Subway website says customers can customize their sandwiches by requesting "any combination of ingredients we offer."



This is the only Subway location that has ever given me this problem. It needs to focus a little more on customer satisfaction and upholding company promises than getting more money out of me.

This particular one was my go-to subway until I realized today they overcharge by at least $2.50 more than other ones. The one on Lawrence and Cumberland is much better and they don't steal your hard earned money.
