After years of buying printers, paper, printer cartridges and other misc. items at this store they lost my business today. I was charged $27.32 to send a 14 page fax. Price gouging, plain and simple. Hope they are happy with that profit as I will not spend another penny on anything there again.

Everyone needs to go to this officemax. They have the best service of any store I've been to period. Was in there on black friday and I was looking for the Blackberry Playbook and they were out of stock there but 3 employees helped out by calling other officemax stores to find the product. They found it and gave me three options; they call and put it on hold, I pay at the officemax and pick it up at the other location, or I pay there they they go out there and get it. Because of that service they have a permanent customer.
