This David's Bridal in Harwood Heights is the worst in its chain. My brides maids were rudely pushed aside and told to look in the racks alone for a dress instead of being helped. And my maid of honor decided to get married during my wedding preparations and that same store rudely pushed her aside and didn't help her look for a wedding dress. We also noticed two employees within hearing distance whispering to each other that my maid of honor will not find a dress due to weight and wedding date to soon, regardless them having dresses in stock. Worst store ever. I recommend the store in Oak Lawn, IL they are very helpful regardless if you have an appointment or are a walk-in.
